Kelly, Hospital Palliative Care Team Lead at Torbay Hospital

Hello, my name is Kelly.

I began working at Rowcroft Hospice as a newly qualified nurse in 2013. Palliative care was a passion throughout my student nurse training. After 4 years, I left the hospice to progress further as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and I am now the Hospital Palliative Care Team Lead at Torbay Hospital.

The hospice provided a me with a good baseline for my skills and knowledge. I pride myself on working to the highest standard of care provision, which I saw very early on throughout my time at Rowcroft.

I am still on the bank at the hospice as it is an amazing place to work and I am proud to be a part of what Rowcroft Hospice offers.
