I am People Experience Coordinator within our People Team, my role is to ensure our employees, volunteers, or applicants have the best possible experience from their interaction with us by making sure our systems and processes are efficient and seamless.
Our purpose is very much at the heart of everything we do. Being able to support our patient facing teams and hearing all the wonderful stories from around the hospice makes Rowcroft such a rewarding place to work.
