We’re here to help people with life-limiting illnesses and their families across 300 square miles of South Devon. Our services range from specialist nursing to therapies that help you maintain your independence.
We accept referrals from GPs, consultants, district nurses and other health and social care professionals. Friends and family members are welcome to enquire about referring; however we will verify with the person’s healthcare team before accepting a referral.
To access our support, the person being referred to Rowcroft needs to:
- be registered with a GP in one of the following areas: Ashburton, Bovey Tracey, Brixham, Buckfastleigh, Dartmouth, Dawlish, Ipplepen, Kingskerswell, Kingsteington, Newton Abbot, Paignton, Teignmouth, Torquay or Totnes (see full list of GP surgeries below)
- have a life-limiting illness
- be 18 or over
