Jeff from Dawlish knows first-hand just how much your support to Rowcroft can mean. Thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, he and his wife Keiandra were able to fulfil a life-long dream at the hospice. They got married.

Jeff and Keiandra had been together for 24 years, but life was always busy with their three daughters. It wasn’t until Keiandra became seriously ill and came to Rowcroft that they decided they didn’t want to wait any longer.
They were married at the hospice in May, surrounded by their family, friends and the team caring for Keiandra. The hospice Sanctuary was transformed for their celebrations, making the day beautiful and meaningful, and it meant the world.
But a few weeks later, Keiandra sadly died.
“This Christmas, I will miss her terribly,” says Jeff. “But I find some comfort in knowing that we had our special day and that our dream came true. I will be forever grateful to the people who helped make that happen.”

Rowcroft’s specialist teams deliver care free of charge for adults with life-limiting illnesses across South Devon.
But as a charity, only 24% of our funding coming from the government – which means the majority of our care is only possible thanks to the generosity of people like you.

🎄£16 could pay for a Hospice at Home healthcare assistant to care for a patient for an hour this Christmas.
🎁£30 could pay for an hour of support from one of Rowcroft’s community nurses on Christmas Day.
🎅£116 will cover the hourly cost of running the Hospice at Home service this festive season.
