Our retail department plays an important role in generating income to raise vital funds for our work, to make every day the best day possible for our patients and their families. Due to expansion and internal promotion we have some exciting opportunities for Assistant Managers both full time and part time, across our portfolio of shops, providing invaluable support to our Retail Managers.
Our shops are at the very heart of our communities and include High Street, Boutique, Vintage, Furniture & Electrical, as well as Ella’s, our Café Lounge and Mobile Café. As a Deputy Manager, you will support our Managers to maximise sales, train and nurture our amazing volunteers, and create an exceptional retail experience for our customers.
This is a very diverse and exciting roll. You’ll need buckets of enthusiasm, good team leadership skills, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Its hard work, but the results are worth it! For our furniture outlets you’ll also need to be physically fit to manage bulky items. And not forgetting our Cafés, helping to produce on trend dishes and serve the perfect cuppa!
