To raise awareness & confidence in advance care planning.
Learning Objectives:
- To understand the process of ACP in ascertaining people’s wishes and advance decisions.
- To increase your knowledge and confidence in digital legacy and ACP ethical and legal framework tools.
- To identify ways you will enable conversations about people’s future wishes and how they are communicated.
