As a hospice, we are an integral part of our South Devon community. We are supported and funded by our community, and we serve our local community through the specialist care we provide.
Therefore, the thoughts and opinions of local people are incredibly important to us. By completing our short survey, your views and feedback will help us to better understand the needs of our local community, enabling us to shape and inform our strategic direction and to continue to deliver the best possible care for people with life-limiting illnesses across the region.

Terms and Conditions
The prize draw will take place on Monday 6 September 2021 and winners will be notified via email by HRA Global. There are no cash alternatives. The Hampton by Hilton prize is a one night stay with bed and breakfast for two people at the Torquay hotel. Booking is subject to availability. The survey will close on Sunday 29 August 2021.
