Open Gardens: The Italian Gardens at Great Ambrook

Completed in 1912, Ambrook is influenced by the Edwardian fashion for Italianate gardens. Highlights include a long pergola, an observatory, swimming and plunge pools, rills, walkways and a tennis court. The garden is now being gently restored to its original design by a team of dedicated volunteers formed in 2020 when the garden received National Lottery funding. Cashless payments accepted.
Time: 10.30am – 3.30pm.
Admission: Adults £6, Under 18s £1.
Parking: Available.
Refreshments & Plant Stall: Available for a donation.
Accessibility: No wheelchair access available.
Children: Welcome.
Dogs/Pets: Well behaved dogs and pets on leads welcome.
