Dementia and Palliative Care Conference
Rowcroft Hospice is thrilled to announce that we’ll be hosting a pioneering Dementia and Palliative Care Conference, scheduled for Tuesday 26 March 2024. This conference, the first of its kind in the South West, is designed to be an inclusive platform for all to gain insights into dementia.
While we are known as a leading provider of palliative care services in the region, we recognise the increasing demand for specialised dementia care within our community. Our conference will delve into the latest advancements, innovations, and research in dementia and the vital role of palliative care in enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with dementia.

In partnership with The Ness Care Group, this event will feature a diverse panel of national and international experts and key speakers from various backgrounds, fostering an environment for learning and collaboration. It’s not just an opportunity to gain knowledge but also to connect with industry peers, promote collaboration, and share best practices.
