Our Community Team offers specialist advice and support in your own home.
We can make sure you get the help you need to manage your symptoms. We can also refer you to many of Rowcroft’s other services, such as complementary therapies, music therapy and listening and support.

Eligibility
Please read our eligibility criteria to see if you can benefit, then contact your healthcare team (eg GP, hospital consultant or district nurse) to request a referral.
If in doubt and you would like to discuss a possible referral with us first, then please call our Community Team (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm). During weekends and bank holidays, please call our advice line on 01803 210812 (open 9am – 1pm).
