Open Gardens: Gleam Tor, Bovey Tracey

Saturday June 14th & Sunday June 15th 2025, 11am – 5pm 

A south facing half acre garden with far reaching views, this garden has been a 16 year project so far, and includes a white garden with mature silver birch trees; wild flower/perennial grass meadow; billowing borders of herbaceous perennials; raised cut flower beds and a wildlife pond.

Time: 11am – 5pm.

Admission: Suggested minimum donation of £4.

Parking: Limited parking at address, and more on surrounding roads.

Directions: From A38 Drumbridges Roundabout take A382 towards Bovey Tracey.

At first roundabout take first left, follow the road straight on until you reach a T junction.

Turn left. Follow road until you come to the last house on the left before the road narrows.

From A382 Moretonhampstead/Lustleigh direction straight over first roundabout

(pass Lidl store on the right). At the next roundabout turn right into Pottery Road, follow the road

straight on until you reach a T junction. Turn left. Follow the road until you come to the last

house on the left before the road narrows. 

Refreshments: Available to purchase.

Accessibility: Most areas are suitable for wheelchair access.

Children: Suitable for children accompanied by an adult.

Dogs/Pets: Only on leads, please.

Toilets: None available. Public toilets available at cricket field site on way into Bovey Tracey.
