Who we Care for
We care for more than 2,000 people across South Devon every year. Our patients come from all walks of life. Whether you’re 18 or 80, if you have a life-limiting illness such as cancer, heart disease or MND, we’re here for you.
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, there’s no charge for any of our services. And you can choose where to see us. We care for 80% of our patients in their own home or care home.

How we can Help
Here are a few of the ways we can make your life a bit easier:
- Supporting you to live independently
- Helping you to manage symptoms
- Providing palliative nursing care at our South Devon hospice, or in your home
- Offering you emotional support
- Advising you on practical matters, such as housing and benefits
Everyone has different needs. Together, we can help you decide which services are right for you and your family.
