As a charity, Rowcroft Hospice is here to bring comfort, compassion and dignity to people facing the hardest of times at end of life.
And we couldn’t do it without the kindness of those who choose to remember us in their Wills. That’s why we offer a free Wills service – to make it easier for you to leave a lasting gift of care.
Our free Will-making service enables you to have a Will drawn up or updated at no cost to you.
How to write a Will for free
We’re proud to offer you the opportunity to write your Will for free with our trusted partner, Accord Legal Services.
Accord Legal Services offer you a free, simple Will-writing service – you can choose from a telephone, video call or home visit appointment. Whether you’re making a Will for the first time or updating an existing one, this service is completely free of charge and handled by a trusted legal professional.
There’s no cost to you and no obligation to leave a gift to Rowcroft Hospice – it’s a genuine free Will service, with no catches.
That said, many people choose to support Rowcroft after using the service, either by leaving a gift in their Will or by making a one-off donation. If that’s something you’d like to do, we’d be incredibly grateful. There’s no set amount, but as a guide, some people choose to give around £150 for a single Will or £250 for a mirror Will – helping us continue our essential work supporting local families.

Rowcroft’s Make a Will Week
Each May, we run Rowcroft’s Make a Will Week, when local participating solicitors generously donate their Will-making fee to the hospice.
