This four-day, 309 mile bike ride is the challenge of a lifetime, taking you from the glorious English countryside to the quiet French country lanes. You will cycle through traditional market towns with views of the rolling green fields of northern France, passing the war memorials and cemeteries of the Somme. The pièce de résistance of this cycle challenge will be the final cycle up the Champs Elysées to the Arc de Triomphe before reaching the Eiffel Tower, marking the finish line and following in the tyre tracks of the cycling greats!

Day by Day Itinerary +

London to Paris Charity Cycle Ride

Day 1
Early morning registration takes place in Croydon. You will then start cycling at 7am through Kent to Dover before taking the ferry to Calais. Distance – 90 miles

Day 2
Cycle from Calais to Arras through charming villages and along quiet country lanes. Distance – 78 miles

Day 3
Cycle from Arras to Compiègne passing numerous WWI memorials and monuments through the Region of the Somme. Distance – 75 miles

Day 4
Cycle to Paris, up the Champs-Élysées, round the Arc de Triomphe and finish overlooking the Eiffel Tower from the Champ de Mars, followed by a celebratory meal. Distance – 72 miles

Day 5
Free morning in Paris, before catching the Eurostar to London where you are re-united with your bicycle.

If you’re on our Tour de France finale date, you’ll spend the day watching the greats cycle into Paris before making your own way to Gare du Nord to catch the evening Eurostar to London where you are re-united with your bicycle.
