  • To understand the process of Advance Care Planning in ascertaining people’s wishes and advance decisions.
  • To increase your knowledge and confidence in digital legacy and Advance Care Planning ethical and legal framework tools.
  • To identify ways you will enable conversations about people’s future wishes and how they are communicated.
