Learning Objectives:
- To describe how to involve a patient who is approaching death.
- To help you identify who to involve when caring for a person who is dying.
- To recognise opportunity and promote advance care planning in the care of a dying person enabling wishes, choices and decision.

FREE to those working in the Rowcroft catchment area of Torbay & South Devon
Rowcroft is a charity that provides palliative care in South Devon. We expect non-local attendees to donate at least £10 per applicant for this learning event to help support our work.

Places are limited and priority will be given to those working in the Rowcroft/Torbay & South Devon locality. We restrict places to three per workplace.
