Learning Objectives:

  • To understand the process of Advance Care Planning (ACP) in ascertaining people’s wishes and making advance statements.
  • To increase your knowledge and confidence in choices and decision making using local and national resources to assist.
  • To identify ways you will enable conversation about people’s future wishes.

Cost:

FREE to those working in the Rowcroft catchment area of Torbay & South Devon

Rowcroft is a charity that provides palliative care in South Devon. We expect non-local attendees to donate at least £10 per applicant for this learning event to help support our work.

Places are limited and priority will be given to those working in the Rowcroft/Torbay & South Devon locality. We restrict places to three per workplace.
