  • To review the benefits and challenges of providing compassionate health care.
  • To recognise the causes and signs of burnout.
  • To explore ways in which work-related burnout can be minimised while delivering compassionate care.
  • To consider what makes you ‘resilient’ or flourish.

FREE to those working in the Rowcroft catchment area of Torbay & South Devon

Rowcroft is a charity that provides palliative care in South Devon. We expect non-local attendees to donate at least £10 per applicant for this learning event to help support our work.

Places are limited and priority will be given to those working in the Rowcroft/Torbay & South Devon locality. We restrict places to three per workplace.
