To raise awareness & confidence in advance care planning.

Learning Objectives:

  • To understand the process of ACP in ascertaining people’s wishes and advance decisions.
  • To increase your knowledge and confidence in digital legacy and ACP ethical and legal framework tools.
  • To identify ways you will enable conversations about people’s future wishes and how they are communicated.

This workshop is free and HEE funded for Devon NHS community staff
