You will be employed by and based at, Rowcroft Hospice, supporting across the partners within our IT One team St. Luke’s Hospice in Plymouth and St Richard’s Hospice in Worcester.

To be successful in this role you will need strong experience in infrastructure engineering in an end-to-end IT service provision and proven experience of providing technical 2nd and 3rd line support.  We are looking for an individual who has the enthusiasm and drive to deliver outstanding services across a wide range of IT related areas with the ability to use your initiative and be able to cope under pressure.

You will work as part of the team to implement, maintain, and support the network and information security systems that deliver high availability network infrastructure and services to all IT services across the hospices. You will apply your technical skills to resolve 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support issues and provide remote support, including some out of hours on call activities.

Rowcroft Hospice is an independent charity that provides comfort, support and specialist care to over 2,000 patients and their loved ones across South Devon each year.  Our Vision is to make every day the best it can be for all patients, and their families, living with life-limiting illnesses in South Devon.
