Salary: £16,000 (£32,432 Pro rata)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Compliance Manager to be part of our Estates Team.
Your role will be to ensure the safety of our patients and families, employees and volunteers and all visitors to our sites. As well as our beautiful 22 acre site in Torquay, you will work closely with the retail team to ensure safety at our warehouse and a range of retail outlets across south Devon, and the safety of our colleagues who work with patients in their homes across our communities.
To succeed in the role, you will need:
- Experience working within a Health and Safety and Fire Officer role
- Knowledge of maintenance of electrical monitoring equipment
- Experience in servicing of fire alarm equipment and conducting fire safety talks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to form positive relationships with key internal and external contacts
