Are you ready to make a real difference? Could you be our new Fundraising Co-ordinator (Philanthropy and Corporate)?
Are you a passionate and driven individual with a heart for making a difference in your community? We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Fundraising Co-ordinator (Philanthropy and Corporate) to join our fundraising team! You will work to ensure that companies and individuals choose to support Rowcroft and have the best possible supporter experience.
What you’ll need to be successful in this role
Your “can do” attitude will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with corporate partners and higher-level donors and maximising fundraising efforts. You’ll have excellent people skills, not be afraid to pick up the phone, and will be driven to succeed. You’ll work alongside the Philanthropy Manager to gain and steward corporate and higher level individual supporters. This will involve research, account management, and stewarding our supporters.
We’re seeking someone with excellent communication and organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise their own workload and juggle numerous tasks. You’ll have some relevant corporate or account management experience; have used a database; be committed, enthusiastic, dedicated to quality customer care; and will be driven to make a difference.
You’ll be passionate about our cause and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a close team – to deliver on our strategy takes real teamwork, energy and passion. No two days are ever the same!
What’s in it for you?
You’ll be supported and encouraged to innovate and to try new things. Our scope of work and our confident organisational vision creates opportunities for progress and development. And we work together with passion and pride in an environment where people are caring, considerate, inclusive and welcoming. It can be tough. We don’t shy away from that. But you’ll see clearly see the importance and impact of your work and feel recognised and part of something remarkable.
