Data and Supporter Care Manager

Are you a master of fundraising CRM systems, 100% committed to delivering the best supporter care service and passionate about using data to better understand charity supporters, and to help craft products and donor journeys which delight them?  

If so, Rowcroft has an exciting opportunity within its ambitious and driven fundraising team. With a specific focus on CRM database management, excellent supporter care and depth analysis you’ll play a key role in helping us to build even stronger supporter relationships and achieve targets of over £3 million. As such, your team will be instrumental in helping Rowcroft deliver on its strategic vision to care for 2 in 3 local people by 2030. 

Working collaboratively with your fundraising colleagues and leading a small team, you’ll not only manage the charity’s CRM database and ensure that we continue to provide the best supporter care possible, you’ll also help us to shape the database so we can deliver increasingly engaging donor journeys using streamlined processes. Managing a new Fundraising Analysis Officer post you’ll also help us to spearhead a new, more developed approach to using fundraising data to continually improve the supporter experience.  

Whether you are currently in a similar post or in a database and supporter care role and ready to step up to management, you will need: 

  •  Comprehensive knowledge of database/CRM systems including segmentation, performing mailing queries, imports, process design and reporting  
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment for fundraising  
  • Experience of delivering or overseeing supporter or customer care responses at scale 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve process improvement 
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritise a varied workload while meeting deadlines 
  • The ability to lead a small team and an active interest in donor stewardship
